GradingMetric ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and AI-powered card grading analysis service (the "Service").
By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, and password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information through our third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers directly on our servers.
Card Images
When you use our Service, you upload images of trading cards for analysis. These images are processed by our AI system and may be stored temporarily to deliver your analysis results. Card images are associated with your account so you can access your analysis history.
Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information when you access or use our Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. We also collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as the number of analyses performed and features used.

Data Storage and Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Your data is stored on secure servers with access controls and regular security audits.
While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Card images uploaded for analysis are stored securely and are accessible only to your account. We retain your analysis data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service.
Third-Party Services

We use OpenAI's API with data privacy protections enabled, meaning your images are not used to train OpenAI's models.
- Payment processor - We use a third-party payment processor to handle billing and subscription management. Your payment information is handled directly by the processor and is subject to their privacy policy.
